Rebecca Fiore (she/her) is the Operations Program Manager for Digital Hands, a cybersecurity firm in Tampa. Professionally, Rebecca is results driven and highly adaptable to changing business needs, with a strong background in business analysis, project management and compliance. Rebecca is a natural leader, leveraging her professional skills for her work within the community. Her local involvement includes roles as Board Member and the Membership Chair for the DPCTB, Trustee for the East Lake Park Civic Association, Admin Lead for Hillsborough Voter Protection Team and Elected Precinct Captain for the Hillsborough County Democrats. Additionally, she is a New Leaders Council - Tampa Bay Alumni and actively leads volunteer efforts with organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Feeding Tampa Bay. Rebecca also runs a local musicals group, dedicated to bringing people together to support the arts while making the arts more affordable and accessible. Rebecca joined DPCTB in 2017 to help build and maintain the caucus infrastructure. She works with the steering committee to help establish and execute on caucus goals. As a Precinct Captain, she is committed to her community while focusing on empowering diverse and underrepresented voters, to help build a stronger relationship between every member of her precinct and the local Democrat party. DPCTB has allowed her to have a direct impact on the community and she loves being a part of such a dynamic team.
